Beetle Regen Solutions × NSL Textiles: Building a Regenerative ELS Cotton Value Chain

We are proud to announce our recent collaboration with NSL Textiles on a farmer-first regenerative cotton project in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The initiative focuses on Kohinoor Extra Long Staple (ELS) cotton production, connecting regenerative farming practices with net zero cotton supply chains.

The initiative aims to strengthen soil health, farmer value creation and supply-chain transparency, creating a stronger connection from the farm to the final fabric.

More than a sustainability claim, this is about demonstrating how regenerative practices and traceability can create tangible value for farmers, businesses and the wider textile ecosystem.

Beetle Regen × IDH × BESTSELLER: Regenerative Cotton in Kasrawad

Beetle Regen Solutions has partnered with IDH and BESTSELLER on a new initiative in Kasrawad block, Khargone, bringing regenerative cotton production into a broader landscape approach. Spanning 5,000+ hectares and engaging 3500+ farmers, the programme combines farm-level regenerative practices with work across biodiversity, landscape governance, community participation and value-chain linkages.

Aligned with the Regenerative Production Landscape Collaborative (RPLC), the initiative brings together multiple elements of regeneration - from farmer capacity building and biodiversity initiatives to Bio-input Resource Center, biochar production and regenagri certification.

By the end of the programme, the initiative aims to support wider adoption of regenerative practices through farmer training, landscape-level collaboration and strengthened value-chain linkages. The programme is intended to contribute to long-term improvements in soil health, biodiversity, farmer resilience and landscape management, while strengthening traceability and supporting farmers on their pathway towards regenerative agriculture certification.

By the end of the programme, the initiative aims to deliver tangible outcomes for farmers and the environment, including stronger adoption of regenerative practices, improved livelihoods and resilience, healthier soils, enhanced biodiversity and better landscape stewardship. The programme will also strengthen value-chain traceability and support a credible pathway to regenerative agriculture certification.

Building Carbon Projects from the Ground Up: What It Really Takes

When people hear about agricultural carbon credits, they often picture satellite maps, verification audits, carbon trading desks or climate impact reports. What rarely gets shown is the ‘boots-on-the-ground' reality: early morning land preparation by smallholder farmers, soil samples being collected after carefully sampling farms, and pages of detailed field logs filled out line by line under a tree.
